We have been adjusting well to RV life and surprising ourselves with how comfortable we already feel at this stage of the game. We have a had a few mishaps; not properly securing the salsa in the fridge and leaving my coffee in the microwave while were driving. Fortunately, we can learn from our mistakes and have added checking the microwave to our checklist and put a curtain rod in the refrigerator to avoid items falling out when we open the fridge after travel. We also had a detour from our plan, when our RV driving classes were cancelled, as our instructor was in the hospital. The good news is our instructor will be okay, and RV Driving School (https://www.rvschool.com/) worked with us to reschedule our lessons when we are in Colorado next month. In the meantime, we got some good suggestions from our friends at Crystal Lake Campground in Ellendale, MN. until we get our formal training. The best part so far has been visiting family near their cabin in Lake Madison, South Dakota. We have especially enjoyed biking and riding Mike’s brother’s boat.
