Our luck continued with the purchase of our favorite RV. As mentioned in earlier posts, I followed the RV listings online for a couple of years. I had sent Julie a link to this RV several months ago in jest, as it was priced above our budget, but had a love seat/recliner I bought for our home (actually a much nicer one, just looked similar). Julie had not been a fan of my recliner, however the rest of the RV was gorgeous and newer than other models we had been looking at. It turned out the sellers reduced the price on their way to the dealer to purchase a new RV, about the same time we expected to close on our house. We had the RV dealership complete an inspection, which revealed only minor items for repair and all scheduled maintenance had been done. Julie flew up to see the unit and close the deal. The previous owners called her Nessie, as in it’s a monster, Nessie the Loch Ness Monster. We’re keeping the name, see below, a few pics of Nessie, our new to us 2013 Newmar Dutch Star 4357. She’s sitting on the RV lot in Garfiled, MN waiting for us to come in August.
